The study and understanding of the historical and political processes of the national history of the mid-twentieth century is impossible without a clear understanding of the role of G. K. Zhukov in them. Pre-war events and events of the Great Patriotic War, associated with the name of the commander, are widely covered. The post-war activities, the" Stalinist " disgrace, the return to the heights of power, the accompanying and subsequent events are no less interesting.

The exhibition will include items from the collection of the Central Museum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Victory Museum, the Studio of Military Artists named after M. B. Grekov, the Russian State Library of Arts and private collections of Sergei Korolev, Alexey Stepanov, Sergei Zorin, Kirill Tsyplenkov, Maxim Malinovsky.
The exhibition halls will feature samples of uniforms and equipment of the Soviet Army of the mid-1950s, unique items of experimental clothing left in the form of projects and made in single copies, as well as documents, personal belongings, photos and videos.
